email us so that we can delete all

How
can I use this service?
Just
email us so that we will be able to
view and modify Autoresponder settings for any of your mailboxes (Autoresponders
are not available for forwarded addresses).

How
it works:
For
each mailbox you can specify up to 3 different Autoresponse messages associated
with different keywords. If you don't enter anything in a "keyword" field
it will mean a default response will be sent in reply to any E-mail for
which no other keyword match was found. There are two ways to enter a body
of your Autoresponder message: by entering the text in a text field (up
to 1024 characters) or by specifying an URL (example: http://mydomain.com/autoresponse.txt
or http://mydomain.com/autoresponse.html – both: plain text and html formats
are supported) from which your message will be updated daily so that you
can change it without going to the administrative interface each time.
If you specify both URL and text, the latter will be used only in case
the URL is broken or not working at the first attempt.

Should
I use the "activate" button each time I update my Autoresponder configuration?
This
button can be used to attempt an immediate update of your Autoresponder
configuration. Since this process involves communication between different
software and hardware components it may not always be completed in the
short time your browser waits for a server response. Even if you don't
request immediate activation your configuration will be automatically updated
every night (between 2 and 3 am EST)
What
is an autoresponder?
An
Autoresponder is a mechanism built into our mail distribution system which
allows automatic generation of reply messages for E-mails sent to you.
You can control this mechanism by specifying a set of KEYWORDS which will
trigger sending an appropriate message depending on whether a sequence
of symbols matching the KEYWORD was found is the "Subject:" line of the
incoming message.
